Phase I: Grant Readiness

MJH Grants will conduct a thorough grant readiness assessment of your nonprofit and help you align your project and capital needs with your mission and programs, to create a balanced submission strategy for corporate, foundation, and government grant fundraising that fit the needs and abilities of your organization. We will speak with your senior management team, including the Executive Director, CFO, and Program Directors, and we will develop priorities with you to help us home-in on your funding gaps and address them.  

The MJH Grants team will conduct prospect research, scouring national databases, websites, vlogs, blogs, and recorded videos to ensure the prospects are a real match for your organization and program needs. We will look for several different funding opportunities that match your organization, including program-focused opportunities and general operating opportunities.  

MJH Grants will help you create and/or review your grants pipeline database to ensure it is organized in a standardized, easily trackable way for all grant prospects, submissions, awards, and declines effectively and efficiently. 

MJH Grants will complete the grant readiness phase with the submission of a comprehensive report that assesses your grant readiness and provides recommendations on next steps.
